If being a committed Christ follower for 40+ years, mother of three grown children and ‘Cici’ (grandma of 9) was not enough, Cindi brings a wealth of Christian and classical children’s education to her role as Director of Children’s Ministries at Family Life.  She also established our programs for kids when Family Life began and now embarks in this new role to take our team and its programming to the next level!

Cindi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Human services and has worked as a Pre-K teacher at the Abundant Life Academy in Syracuse, Family Enrichment Educator for the Cornell Cooperative Extension and served in the Children’s Ministry at Abundant Life Christian Center in Syracuse for 10 years prior to establishing the program at Family Life where she served faithfully for the first 18 months of our existence.  Together with her husband, Shawn Conway, the couple lives in Endicott and serve as Elders together since the establishment of Family Life in 2011.
