There could be no better representatives of the love of Christ and relationship development with Him than Pastors Michael and Rorie Williams.  In this role they are responsible for the development of programs, groups and opportunities that will help the body of Christ grow as individuals and together.  Together they are responsible for creating and making available small group connections for men, women and youth, individuals and families.  

In addition to the small group opportunities that are available to help grow the body as one they will use their education, training and experience to make the courses of the Family Life Institute engaging and effective for believers to expand their knowledge of God so that they might be fully equipped to ‘lead people into a real relationship with Jesus Christ as we Glorify God, Grow together and Give to others.’  

Pastors Michael and Rorie met when both attended RHEMA Bible Training College in Tulsa, Oklahoma and were married in 2015.  Pastor Michael is also a member of the City of Binghamton Police Department and serves as a K-9 Officer on the Community Response Team.  They have a daughter, Eloise, born in 2020 that serves as the unofficial church mascot of Family Life.
